Subprefect of Iseen shan and the District Magistrate of Meangshan for the apprehension of the Chief Subprefect who kind left his post at Caza Branca after the murder.
The Subprefect of Meangshan was the officer appointed to manage the affair; and being very anxious to leave, he moved the gentry of Meangshan to find a Substitute. This information was given by a relation of Paintsun, the thenian bove named, who has come to attend the literary examination about to take place.
The information has reached me through a friend, from whom it was brought by a Brother Candidate.
